Adecco is partnering exclusively with one of the renowned market leader who is specialized in distribution industrial appliances. They are currently in the expansion phase hence, looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage the service fulfilment portion.

  • Location: Tampines
  • Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (work-life balance environment)
  • Salary: Basic Up to $4500 + VB + Employees benefit
Responsibilities
  • Handle customers\' enquiries, issues and complaints
  • Manage incoming phone calls and understanding customers\' needs
  • Responsible for the end-to-end service and order management that includes service fulfilment, job scheduling, order processing and coordination with contractors
The Talent
  • Preferably candidates with minimally 3 years of customer service experience
