Adecco is partnering exclusively with one of the renowned market leader who is specialized in distribution industrial appliances. They are currently in the expansion phase hence, looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage the service fulfilment portion.

- Permanent opportunity
- Location: Tampines
- Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (work-life balance environment)
- Salary: Basic Up to $4500 + VB + Employees benefit
- Handle customers\' enquiries, issues and complaints
- Manage incoming phone calls and understanding customers\' needs
- Responsible for the end-to-end service and order management that includes service fulfilment, job scheduling, order processing and coordination with contractors
- Preferably candidates with minimally 3 years of customer service experience
