Job Description


s Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow SOPs when handling different topics
Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
Keep records of all conversations in our ops center databases
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative Job Requirements Min. Higher Nitec in any service-oriented field
Min. 1-year experience in a customer support role
Familiar with CRM systems and practice
Able to work under pressure, adapt and respond quickly Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $2,600.00 per month Benefits:
