Job Description


Salt is hiring multiple Customer Service Specialists on the ground to conduct daily surveys among customers and face-to-face.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading technology companies in Asia that specialises in Internet-related services and products and mobile payments platforms.

Responsibilities

  • This job requires candidates to take rides and surveys on the ground.
  • You will have to take 12 trips a day, and we will plan the route for them.
  • You will conduct daily surveys among drivers and maintain a high standard of customer service.
  • You will be expected to work on shifts throughout the day
Working Hours
  • Team A/B – 1 (7AM-4PM, 12PM-9PM) Monday-Friday
  • Team D (Wed-Sun, 3PM-12AM)
  • Team E – 3 (Mon,Tues & Friday 7am-4pm, Sat to Sun 11am-8pm)
