Job Description

  • Greet customers.- Attend to arriving customers.- Responsible for orientating customers to the facilities- Handling customers questions and concerns professionally and courteously.- Keep the shop clean and ensure a tranquil ambience.- Manage a cloud-based system for various functions: customer management, staff management. (Training will be provided)- Assist the management team and physicians when required- Drive store sales.- Handle payments and operate the cash registers.- Always adhering to company's policies and procedures when assisting customers- Stock room supplies, amenities and maintain accurate supply lists and inventory sheets.- Ensures adequate stock of supplies and equipment, inform management when stock is low.
