Job Description


JOB PURPOSE The position is responsible for providing excellent customer service support to all clients, including specifically assigned key clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide excellent customer service support to by:
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers:
  • Sort out disputes in invoices with clients, Agents, and accounts before jobs are closed.
  • Adhere to advised department KPIs and achieve the same in advised timelines.
  • Weekly updates on open jobs and bookings should be sent to Dept head and Team leader without any follow-up.
  • Agent invoices and costs should be checked as soon as the pre-alert is received. Invoices checked should be handed over to team leader for submission to Finance.
  • Any delays in receiving a pre-alert from the agent should be advised within 2 days of sailing.
