Responsibilities & Duties Responds to members' requests in a respectful and timely manner via counter visits, emails and telephone calls Evaluates members' credit worthiness Advises members on loan eligibility and maximised savings opportunities Processes and approves loans Processes savings applications Expands and retains membership base Participates in recruitment of new members Update members' particulars Updates of website and social media platform Archive documents digitallyRequirements Minimum Diploma from a recognised institution in a finance related field At least 5 years' experience in finance related positions Experience in consumer loans will be an added advantage Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills.
