Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Fast response to customer queries via the live chat
  • UAT testing of messaging advertising platform (Destination and Content)
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, discuss with the team how to hit customer satisfaction
  • Empathetic to customer complaints and grievances
Job Requirements:
  • Shift 5 days work week between Mon to Sun (Roster will be given)
  • Fluent in Mandarin as our headquarter and customers are based in mandarin speaking country
  • Have fluid and logical communication skills with courteous behavior
  • Adaptable and has high level of problem solving skills
