:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls deliver consistent advice & support to customer;
  • Handles customer enquiries, complaints and feedback and escalate to respective departments promptly;
  • Coordinate between Technical, Fulfilment department and customer to handle all levels of updates, queries and technical advice;
  • Handle customer in a professional and respectable manner;
  • Coordinate and liaise with customers on problems they are having with Dreamcore Products;
  • Provide clear advice and instructions when attempting first level remote diagnosis;
  • Provide clear instruction to customers and transport team on systems that needs to be collected for further diagnosis;
  • Provide periodic updates to customers according to Service Level Agreement (SLA) set by Management;
  • Provide reassurance and assistance to customers after system is sent out to ensure all components are working properly before closing the case;
  • Provide all report necessary to monitor SLAs, performance and productivity of the team;
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned;
Jobs Requirement:
  • Knowledge in Telephone Etiquette, Customer Service
  • Able to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken)
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Good team player with commitment and initiative
  • Candidates must be willing to work on weekends (Rostered 5 day work week)
