Kansai Paint Marine Singapore is the branch office for Kansai Paint Marine Japan, with its headquarters located in Tokyo, Japan. An innovative company with 104 years of history, we are one of the top 3 companies specialising in commercial, residential and marine paint within Japan. Located in Tuas, Kansai Paint Marine Singapore was set up in 2006. We focus on servicing clients around the region, specializing on the marine paint industry.
Responsibilities:
- preparation of quotation
- Order sheet
- Date entry
- e-invoice
- Handle incoming calls / courier/ letters
- Provide customer service administration support
- Any ad-hoc administration duties as assigned
- GCE \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d level or equivalent, working experience in admin.
Other information
- Contract/Full time : 5 days work a week from 0800hrs-1700hrs
- Contract period : Immediately start work until 30 July 2023
- Salary : SGD2,500 \xe2\x80\x93 SGD3,000
