About the job Customer Service Specialist
General Description: This position would be in our company’s Enterprise Small Medium Business (SMB) Concierge program. SMB Customer Service Specialists will be required to think on their feet and multitask while adapting to change quickly. The SMB Customer Service Specialist will partner with business customers, channel partner office owners, local sales agents, and our external customer’s local market garages to facilitate the sale and installation of Broadband, Internet, Video, and Voice services. Qualifications:
Willing to work onsite (Eastwood Mall, Quezon City)- Willing to work in night shift
- At least 5 years of Call Center experience handling international accounts
- Can start ASAP (June 23, 2022)
