Job Responsibility



Provide first level of support and customer service Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email Require to listen, probe to clarify and understand customer needs Escalate problems or issues promptly and resolve customer queries Manage modified parts repairs and warranty claims Arrange routes for revisit Generate reports and perform various administrative tasks

Job requirement



Minimum 1 Year(s) of experience in Similar Position Good interpersonal and communication skills Able to converse in

English and Mandarin
