  • 1-2 years of proven track record in customer service.
  • Strong listening, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong comprehension, probing and problem solving skills
  • Customer focus mindset with the ability to build rapport and delivering excellent customer experience. Able to relate to others and display empathy.
  • Positive attitude and adaptive to changing technologies, process and environments
  • A good team player who is results driven with strong determination to excellence
  • Discipline to work remotely from home
  • Comfortable to interact with team members via videoconference, phone and chat messages
  • Ability to work and make good decisions with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast paced work environment where interactions with customers are monitored, recorded and assessed
Description Description

The Apple Specialist will need to identify and resolve issues relating to service queries, Apple products and policies whilst working within established guidelines. You will need to assist customers in placing their orders, answering order - status questions, performing any required changes and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. The suitable candidate will be curious and passionate about providing the best customer experience and will need to leverage on multiple sources of information to stay current on product features, technology changes and events that impact customers.
