Serve a broad customer base ranging from Consumer Banking and Wealth Management segments. . Ensure accuracy and compliance for all customers' requests. . Consistently meet the Customer Service targets set (KPIs) without compromising quality of service delivery. . Successfully assisting customers to cross-buy the Bank's products and services. . Adhere to professional standards of behavior & conduct in dealing with customers and fellow CSOs. . Engage and support flexibility in work deployment when business need arise. . Support and protect the Bank's brand by creating positivity. . Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX. Job Requirements . Min. Diploma holder in any field . Prior Call Center Experience will be an advantage . Productivity driven with proven track records on good customer service . Positive attitude with good communication skill . Ability to thrive in a highly driven environment . Comfortable to work Rotating AM or Rotating PM shifts across weekends and PH Other Information: .
