Job Description


We are a Swiss MNC which provides robus mnapower solutions to our clients.

As a Customer Service Specialist, your roles & responsibilities includes:

  • Manage a team of supervisors and ensure all the operations requirements are meet in accordance to client.
  • Coach and mentor the team where necessary
  • Planning of manpower schedule to ensure smooth deployment daily
  • End to end Payroll processing for associates
  • Administrative work such as generating reports and updating the associates\' details in database
  • Ad-hoc details as assigned
Requirements:

- 2 - 3 years in Customer Service

- Good communicator and problem solver

- Supervisory & training experience will be an advantage
