• Office hours/ 5 days Mon - Fri
• Salary up to $3.8k + AWS +VB
• Retail supervisory exp welcome
• Office located nearby Ubi MRT

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
• Set performance goals, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Monitor and track customer satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Proactively identify customer needs and recommend suitable subscription plans.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate plans.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.

Track and analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings

• Regularly review and analyze competitor\'s plans and promotions.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of supervisory experience leading a small team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of driving sales targets
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
