Provide helpdesk support to handle Government agencies\' queries
Provide administrative support for assigned projects.
Generate dashboard reports to update management on weekly statistics and analyse the causes.
Compile and collate reports from various sources that includes numerous suppliers and agencies\' users.
Cleansing of compiled data and support the reconciliation of data from various sources (system and manual reports) such as IT Service Management portal, GeBIZ, survey forms, manual spreadsheet submissions from emails.
Support evaluation of tenders.
Manage the annual system polls, respond to agencies\' queries, and analyse the returns submitted by Government agencies.
Other admin and support activities required from time to time
Job Requirements:
Experienced in using Excel (Pivot Table and Vlookup)
Experienced in working within government sector / support government project.
