Be accountable for overall Quality of Service and Patient Satisfaction rate. Handle and resolve our patient's enquiries and/or grievances in a tactful manner. Identify opportunities to recommend suitable treatment plans to our patients. Constantly review the workflow and identify areas for improvement to optimise efficiency and patient service level. Stay abreast to all new initiatives and marketing efforts of the company and cascade the information to the team. Ensure that any new initiatives are communicated to patients in a professional and tactful manner by the team Oversee, coach, guide and motivate customer service team. Requirements . Relevant experiences in healthcare, hotel or airline industries
