Job Description


Responsibilities :

  • Knowledge of EZ software
  • Data Entry and Filing
  • Records Receipts and Payments
  • Serve walk in customer & reply email
  • Answer phone calls
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
Working Hours :
  • 1 week 3 working days (Monday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday )
Requirements :
  • Preferably Entry Level with at least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Prefer Aircon / Hardware Industries Experience
  • Good working attitude, Willing to learn, Good team player
  • Knowledge of EZ accounting software
