Customer Service/Call Center Officer (Bank)
Salary: $2650-$4500 + $450 Shift Allowance
Location: Jurong/Changi (Shuttle Bus Provided)

Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service over the telephone to customers in call centre, bank products, accounts, and services enquiries.
- Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
- Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction
- Deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
- Gather customers’ feedback and identify problem for improvement
Requirement:
- No experience is welcome as training is provided
- Able to commit shift work
