Customer Service/Call Center Officer (Bank)

Salary: $2650-$4500 + $450 Shift Allowance
Location: Jurong/Changi (Shuttle Bus Provided)
Benefits: Variable Bonus + Career Progression

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service over the telephone to customers in call centre, bank products, accounts, and services enquiries.
  • Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction
  • Deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
  • Gather customers’ feedback and identify problem for improvement

Requirement:
  • No experience is welcome as training is provided
  • Able to commit shift work
