Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Handling import, export and local shipments
  • Prepare import and export permit declarations
  • Ensures Job Sheets are accurately raised and completed in accordance to customer\xe2\x80\x99s import and export job orders
  • Update all charges/fees incurred in delivery of services to be borne by customers in the Job Sheet for finance to bill for customers
  • Handle email correspondences with customers
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level or its equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Knowledge of Tradenet is an added advantage
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent as well as good team player
  • Able to start on short notice / immediate is preferable
Additional Information:
  • Location: Tuas (2-way company bus provided)
  • Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications
  • Working days: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm), alt Sat (9am to 1pm - work from home)
