CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES
We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for Customer Service Stars and that could be you! Bubbly and love talking to people? Join us then! No experience required as training will be provided!
What you will do:
\xe2\x80\x93 Give your warmest welcome to all our customers
\xe2\x80\x93 Providing excellent service to customers for ticketing and phone enquiries
\xe2\x80\x93 Assist in sale of merchandise/photos/videos
You will need to:
\xe2\x80\x93 Have a good sense of customer service, patience and responsibility
\xe2\x80\x93 Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
\xe2\x80\x93 Be energetic, motivated, result-oriented and a great team player
\xe2\x80\x93 Be able to work full-time and on rotating shifts
