Job Description


My client, a global leader in providing innovative solutions for cleaning and hygiene in a variety of industries, including healthcare, hospitality, and food service, is seeking a Technical Customer Support Associate to join their team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and repair.
  • Perform periodic and preventive and corrective maintenance on cleaning equipment to ensure that equipment continues to perform reliably.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in handling machines issue.
  • Respond to customer enquiries about the terms and conditions of service agreements.
  • Refer sales leads and customer feedback to changing customer demands.
  • Maintain accurate service records; monitor the performance of cleaning equipment.
  • Be commercially focused on selling parts, consumables, and service contracts.
  • Ensure an optimal customer experience before, during and after the visit.
Administrative responsibilities:
  • Make accurate, timely and efficient planning to make visits to customers.
  • Provide weekly reporting.
Training responsibilities:

Train customers on the features of the products they have purchased.

Key Requirements:
  • Experienced in mechanical and electrical skills to fix machines that are more electronic than they used to be.
  • Experienced in similar industry and able to provide technical advice to customers
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma in any field.
  • At least 2 to 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Basic computer knowledge for reporting and update services status on system.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license
  • Good oral and written in basic English, any additional languages to support customers would be advantages.
