Honour Lane Group (HLS) is a Hong Kong-based company established in Hong Kong in 1997. With nearly two decades of development, HLS provides the full range of global coverage logistics services. HLS currently has over 30 branch offices over the world and over 1,000 professional staff providing professional logistic services to customers. Now our Singapore Office are hiring the below position.
- Day to day coordination of ships operations, activities and movements
- Communicate and liaise with customers on their orders and requirements to ensure smooth and timely operations
- Monitor and ensure effective operation movements to pick up and deliver the cargo
- Ensure timely update of ship schedules in the operating system
- Perform order processing, documentation and permit declaration
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the Logistic/Freight Forwarding industry (Sea Freight)
- Good knowledge of shipping procedures
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, customer focus and problem solving skills
- Good in written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Monday to Friday
- 13th month salary
