Provide assistance to sales teams and act as a liaison between sales representatives, internal departments and overseas partners.
Submitting quotes, tracking orders, solving customer issues and providing information about products.
Monitor, Review pending Inbound, Outbound, Cross Trade shipment orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
Develop account relationships and provide service support for customers
Other administrative and ad hoc duties
Requirements:
Min. 2 - 3 years of relevant Customer Service/Sales Support experience in International Air & Seafreight forwarding/logistic industry.
Proven work experience as a Customer Service/Sales support specialist
Discipline, Sales oriented, Success driven and able to work under pressure
Good customer service skills with excellent customer service competency
Good interpersonal communication skills in English
Analytical and multitasking skills with In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Meticulous, Independent, Focus with a positive attitude and team player
* Candidates able to commence work immediately would be an advantage
