Customer Service Executive

What You'll Do:
Provide good customer support via email and phone.
Manage sales orders end-to-end: stock allocation, delivery, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Build strong relationships with customers and recommend new products.
Support reporting, data analysis, and ad hoc projects as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Diploma in any field with 2-3 years in order management or customer service.
Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Strong communication skills and experience handling enquiries/claims.
Microsoft Excel proficient (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas); SAP is a plus.
Able to start on short notice is a bonus.
