Import Customer Services Working Days: 5.25 days (Alternate Saturday) Working hours: Mon- Friday (9am to 5.30pm) | Sat (9am to 1pm) Salary : $3,000 - $3,500 Location: Changi (company transport pic Import Customer Services Working Days: 5.25 days (Alternate Saturday) Working hours: Mon- Friday (9am to 5.30pm) | Sat (9am to 1pm) Salary : $3,000 - $3,500 Location: Changi (company transport pick up & drop off provided) Job Responsibilities: Act as single point of contact for Airfreight Import Manage internal and external customers for the movement of import shipments Follow up on urgent shipments pro-actively Liaise effectively with different level of stakeholders like Warehouse / Operations / Billing / Sales Ensure that customers' expectations are being met and mapped in SOP Regular Business Review with Customers - MBR or QBR Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Immediate Superior Perform End to End Process which include Billing Follow up with Customer on any Billing Disputes Job Requirements Experienced in Airfreight Import Able to use Microsoft Excel for Reporting Able to work on weekends if required
