2B Printing Solutions Pte Ltd will, through continual improvement, strive towards LOW COST, HIGH QUALITY & providing BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE to all our clients CUSTOMER SERVICE (Full Time) Responsibilities: Customer Service

  • Attend to walk-in customers, call-in customers and email-in customers.
  • Follow through their request (from enquiry, quotation, confirm artwork, place order, delivery and repeat order)
  • Key in customer order and analyze the report. Share trend and propose marketing plan during monthly meeting.
  • Upkeep the displayed products. Keep all displayed products up-to-date and in excellent display manner.
  • Lead office housekeeping matters. Propose system and ensure all personnel are following the system.
Sales Coordination
  • Support Outdoor Sales personnel;Track their daily visit. Update GM during monthly meeting. Proposed improvement.
    Coordinate customer visit (fit into Outdoor Sales daily plan)
    Prepare quotation for Outdoor Sales. Sms them once sent to customer.
  • Sort out samples once printed products arrived in office. Re-pack if packing is not in good shape.
  • Insert flyers, free gift and invoice in all printed products.
  • Inform customer once products are ready for collection. Remind customer if products are not collected. Setup a system and ensure all follow the system for call up.
  • Arrange courier for delivery.
Support Finance Team
  • Prepare invoice for all printed products
  • Call up debtors and follow through until payment is received. Propose system to reduce debt.
  • Key in daily order in company accounting system
  • Backup Finance Team
Senior Customer Service
  • Lead company marketing activities
  • Backup Office manager to host daily meeting and review staff daily works.
  • English and Mandarin Speaking to handle English / Chinese-speaking customers
  • Minimum 1 years working experience in customer service preferred
  • Passionate in customer service
  • Confident and tactful in handling customer’s needs
  • Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures
  • Familiar with MS Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good
  • Multi-tasking capabilities; People-oriented
