Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success & Sales Operations (CS&O) Senior Associate/ Associate to join us. Reporting to the CS&O Manager and the Regional Sales Lead, this role is to manage all aspects of the customer lifecycle for key accounts.Main Responsibilities: Customer Success Work closely with Sales Directors and Account Managers to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction through close and ongoing relationship management, new client growth and churn mitigation. Develop healthy customer relationships by proactively evaluating and supporting needs of designated key accounts including coordination with Account Managers, sales contracting, campaign reports, sales operational support, communications, reporting, payments and collections etc. Daily monitoring of campaign setup, performance, and revenue; prompt highlighting of anomalies to Sales Directors and Account Managers for resolution.Sales Contract Management Primarily involvement for activities relating to sales pipeline tracking, sales contracts review, signing and repository. Maintain repository of sales pipeline, sales contracts, sales orders and campaign performance reports. Identify campaign related clauses in contracts and sales orders (e.g. KPI and attribution clauses) and ensure campaigns running according to the clauses and sharing of insights during cross-functional team meetings.Credit and AR management Manage customer credit activities, including customer onboarding, billing & collections and AR collections. Primarily responsible for tracking collection and credit call activities. Lead the client dispute resolution process, from early identification of disputes to resolution, and measurement. Regular monitoring of client local billing issues and work with clients on the ideal solution to take forward.CRM Ownership Own the sales to collections process input and review activities in CRM. This primarily involves keying of sales orders/change entries supported by proper agreements/insertion orders, ensuring campaign changes are made accurately, confirming of billings with clients and that proper invoices are prepared and issued promptly. Closely keep track and follow-up on all outstanding sales related issues and requests.All about you: Degree in IT, Marketing, Business or equivalent, about 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience in a Sales Operations, Business Management or Account Management or equivalent role. Advanced Microsoft Excel experience is preferred. Motivated, hardworking, high attention to details, strong organizational skills. Must be willing to work across different time zones to support cross-cultural colleagues and clients located globally. Highly adaptable to changing business requirements, team structures and job activities.
