Role summaryAs a Customer Success Consultant, you will help LSEG\xe2\x80\x99s customers make the best use of our products and data. You will contribute to LSEG\xe2\x80\x99s competitive advantage in the marketplace, thus allowing LSEG to retain and grow its market share & revenue. Combining a thorough understanding of finance, technology, and deep functional expertise, you will focus on consultative and complex interactions with our clients.We are hiring a Consultant with specialism in Investment Banking, Asset Management and/or Trading. The successful candidate will participate in an immersive on-boarding program to learn the Customer Success role and the respective specialized product lines, before being involved in client-focused projects.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

  • Partner with clients to define what success means for them, then help them make use of LSEG products and data to achieve their business goals
  • Educate customers on how to use our products and content in a manner that is tailored to their specific needs; conduct demonstrations and trainings to clients
  • Help customers build, modify, and understand financial models using Excel and APIs
  • Create proof of concepts, models, and prototypes for prospective and existing clients
  • Become expert in LSEG Banking, Asset Management and/or Trading solutions, such as Excel and MS Office add-ins, APIs, Deals, Estimates, Macroeconomics, ESG and Company Fundamentals
  • Create thought leadership content and analysis using LSEG data and tools
  • Act as a go-to person and provide subject matter expertise to clients
  • Bring in client intelligence and feedback
  • Work together with other teams, such as Account Managers or Product Development, to ensure we are addressing our customers\' needs
  • Lead projects, such as competitor displacements, product upgrades or new content onboarding

  • Customer satisfaction
  • Successful completion of customer onboarding and upgrade projects
Who you are
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, accounting, or economics
  • Preference for post-graduate qualifications or study towards, such as CFA, CMA, ACCA, CIMA, CAIA or others
  • 3+ years of work experience in financial services industry. Experience in banking, research, asset management, trading or other financial advisory roles is a plus
  • With a passion for Excel modelling and data analysis
  • Collaborative, effective communicator, and a customer-first attitude
  • Experience facilitating client meetings and presenting in a concise and convincing manner
  • Strong project management, technical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of \xe2\x80\x93 or willingness to learn \xe2\x80\x93APIs and Python programming language
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, although not mandatory
