Customer Success Intern
Job Description
Cargobase is looking for a Customer Success Intern to support our team with customer engagement projects. The Cargobase Transportation Management System is transforming how thousands of industry professionals worldwide process logistics. We help customers across many sectors, including automotive, semiconductors, electronics, and oil & gas, to improve their transportation management.
You will be responsible for completing tasks aiming at improving the engagement of our users. Your efforts will ensure that customers adopt, embrace and expand the use of the platform. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for self-motivated individuals, eager to learn and bring ideas. We offer an exciting experience in a fast-paced, successful, and fun SaaS company!
Responsibilities
- Extract data and build reports
- Analyze and track data quality
- Reach out to users to provide feedback and guidance
- Performance tasks related to customer engagement projects
Job Requirements
- Students in business management or supply chain/logistics are preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Passion for consistently delivering great customer experience
