- Develop customer success framework and strategies for Lark APAC - Lead the customer success team to build great customer experience with Lark product, reducing customer churn, reta - Develop customer success framework and strategies for Lark APAC - Lead the customer success team to build great customer experience with Lark product, reducing customer churn, retaining, renewing as well as growing current contracts - Be the key person to manage the strategic accounts through onboarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, high levels of customer satisfaction, introducing new features/functionalities and best practices to customers. - Through on-going interaction with customers, identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities - Be a customer's advocate and gather user feedback on Lark product and share it with internal team to drive product enhancement Qualifications - University degree or equivalent. MBA will be an advantage - People management in Customer Success within B2B SaaS/IT industry - Passionate in technology with a keen interest in new technologies and able to adapt to rapidly evolving product, organization and market. - 'Start-Up' mindset Go-getter with who strive in dynamic and fast-paced work environment - Strong problem-solving and management skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills
