Your Main Quest As one of Bifrost's core customer success representatives, you'll be the eyes, ears and magic hands which help us manage our engagements with commercial geospatial teams, primes, and government agencies to boost their AI/ML capabilities. This role will be deeply involved in overall customer success strategy, helping manage Bifrost's global presence, and creating a massive impact on the adoption of cutting-edge technologies for the AI community! High-fidelity requirement and relationship management within key target customer offices to identify opportunities for Bifrost's business and offerings Support the GTM strategy by serving as an engagement manager for customers Manage customer deliverables, requirements, timelines and communicate with technical teams internally Leverage technical teams and other key stakeholders across the executive level to ensure project excellence, customer satisfaction and retention Represent Bifrost and interact with customers at events Receive customer feedback and contribute to overall firm strategy ???? Requirements Experience - 4 to 8 years Location: Singapore or North America . Bonus Requirements Experience in building new sales functions and GTM strategies ????
