We are seeking an Operations Consultant with e-commerce grocery expertise to lead our small, focused Customer Success team.
The role will support our retail clients to improve customer satisfaction, operational performance, and profitability of their grocery eCommerce businesses. The role is truly international, supporting clients in North America, Europe, and Australia, at a time of exciting growth for both Wynshop and the global grocery e-commerce market
