Customer Success Manager (Business Messaging)
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Location: Singapore

Business Messaging mission is to become the primary way that people and businesses communicate through APIs and tools such as WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram Direct. Today, about five hundred million users and 750,000 businesses around the world use business messaging and we\'re just starting to put into place a full funnel sales operation to drive further growth.

The Business Messaging Customer Success Manager is at the forefront of our mission to become the primary way that people and businesses communicate. This is a fast-paced, high-performing and strategic role which requires excellent business acumen, experience working with clients and partners alike, creativity, critical thinking and technical aptitude to grow the Business Messaging base for enterprise companies. The ideal candidate will have experience working with sales and cross-functional teams to drive solution adoption among advertisers. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of using advertising and marketing technology solutions to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Meta cross-functional teams to accelerate Business Messaging revenue growth for our enterprise clients, enable technological capabilities and accelerate solution adoption.
  • Support enterprise clients integration to Meta Business Partners\' Business Messaging solution including project management, client stakeholder management, identifying and advising technical requirements & optimizations.
  • Assist clients navigate operational changes and facilitate additional vendor integration into the business messaging solution.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis on set-up of partner solution & Business Messaging ads to improve performance and optimize towards desired business outcomes.
  • Work as part of a core Business Messaging taskforce and navigate multiple internal XFN stakeholders across Business Messaging to ensure alignment and help further the sales engagements around Business Messaging.
  • Report on progress, communicate internally and externally, identifying and highlighting opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • This role focuses on Vietnam market hence language skills are preferred to liaise with local business and stakeholders.
Minimum qualifications:
  • 10 years\' direct experience of consultative solution selling / digital customer success in the online advertising or marketing technology industry or equivalent
  • Experience working with / managing strategic business partners & clients
  • Demonstrated experience to operate at scale across multiple teams and initiatives
  • Experience of analysing complex business problems and presenting technology solutions for these at multiple levels from C-level through to functional managers
  • Experience working effectively and cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally
  • Exceptional execution/project management experience and quantitative/analytical skills
  • Understanding / familiarity working with technical integrations such as API
  • Strong communication skills and high level of attention to detail
Preferred qualifications:
  • PMO experience
  • Meta\'s Business Messaging solution (Click-to-Message, Chatbot) knowledge and experience
