Job Description


We seek to hire a Customer Success Manager to join our commercial team. Our accounts are private sector and public sector organizations ranging from enterprise size to SMB size. Commercial Perspective is key.

s:

  • Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the client and employees to work toward.
  • Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating programs or software associated with a product or service.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs.
  • Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives.
  • Assist in creating training courses and educational materials for other members of the department.
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company.

Job Qualifications:
  • Strong organization and presentation skills.
  • A propensity for relationship building.
  • Leadership skills—customer success managers often take on leadership roles for the customer success team.
  • Can write well, can speak well in the English Language.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Marketing and Business.
  • Literate in MS Office and Internet Application.
  • Preferably 1-3 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
