About the Role
Lead and facilitate the monthly demand replenishment planning meeting to drive collaborative demand forecasting.
Lead the Supply Chain conversations with Key customers, including the logistic aspects of the Trade Terms, in close cooperation and alignment with the Commercial owners, following the Customer Collaboration Principles and Roadmap
Act as the in-country interface between the Customer Service Team, SC Logistics, and Planning Team, defining the right roles & responsibilities and ways of working.
Build strong trusting relationships that help them, and others perform.
Demonstrates deep personal accountability for performance. Rigorous problem solving and sound decision making.
Ability to influence and manage a large group of internal and external stakeholders.
Role Accountabilities
Review KPI performance against targets, sets clear improvement plans and drives a culture of strong performance management.
Liaise with the customer service team, planning team and logistics team to drive Customer Service, cost and cash improvements.
Set up and run weekly cluster customer supply chain meetings to review weekly results with the extended SC team.
Ensure alignment with customer & business objectives/activities (e.g., ownership for execution of major events)
Manage and coordinate operational customer supply chain issues with the local and regional teams.
Have an external view of the latest developments in supply chain management including our competitors and customers in the countries.
