Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial/Customer Supply Chain Manager to develop and implement effective supply chain strategies that integrate and align our business objectives with key commercial and customer objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing customer-focused supply chains and balancing cost-efficiency with exceptional customer experience, while fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external bottler partners. The ideal candidate will drive collaboration, continuous improvement, strategic influencing and development of commercial and customer specific solutions and services. The successful candidate is data-driven, solution-oriented, and adept at managing cross-functional teams to achieve optimal results. He/She will be the Supply Chain representative to the Commercial/Online-to-offline (O2O) Channel/Revenue Growth Management (RGM)/Customer Teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Technical Innovation & Supply Chamin (TISC) team in collaborating with the commercial, customer, channel teams. Orchestrate execution within TISC teams and across the organization.
  • Driven by commercial strategies such as RGM, OBPPC, RTM, and O2O, develop and implement Ti&SC technically feasible and innovative packaging solutions that is financially viable to create positive value for the system. Apart from packaging, the scope will include working with category supply chain on understanding COGS across specific product and packages, partnering with bottlers on cost to serve, RTM/sales and distribution. Ability to learn and re-apply external best practices into our networked structure will be a key advantage. Examples \xe2\x80\x93 Affordable packaging for mass segment; channel premium packaging for HORECA; CDE conversion/transition framework and execution strategy; end to end sales and distribution network design like co-partnering with liquor or food distribution network for premium channel.
  • Partner with the bottling partners to ensure Customer Service levels are in line with business targets. Else, influence bottler to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to maximize revenue, optimize cash/inventory, reduce costs and enhance customer experience. Include service metric into OU Commercial and Supply Chain scorecards.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and risks in the supply chain to develop and execute mitigation strategies to minimize disruption. Example \xe2\x80\x93Partner with infrastructure planning to understand capacity constrained categories and pack types to steer demand creation opportunities to where there is capacity sufficiency; document and secure buy in for operating strategies on promoting A SKUs or non-capacity constrained pack types.
  • Leverage data analytics and advanced technologies to optimize supply chain operations and offer value-added service and commercial innovations to customers.
  • Experiment to Scale: Drive innovation by leading specific experiments to elevate the supply chain evolution with our customers and cross functional partners. Focused on delivering the future needs of supply chain; these experiments should be highly targeted, measurable; with its learnings shared broadly and success scaled.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. Advance degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience with a focus on commercial or customer supply chain management, preferably within the modern retail channel and consumer packaged goods (CPG) or beverage industry.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including manufacturing, forecasting, demand and supply planning, and logistics management.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization as well as working seamlessly with multi-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, negotiation, strategic influencing skills and proficiency in using digital and data-driven decision-making tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset, focused on achieving organizational objectives.
