JOB DESCRIPTION Department: Sales Report to: Sales Support Executive Functional Relationships with: Customers, Sales Sections, Factories, Logistics Department, etc. POSITION PROFILE: Based in: Si JOB DESCRIPTION Department: Sales Report to: Sales Support Executive Functional Relationships with: Customers, Sales Sections, Factories, Logistics Department, etc. POSITION PROFILE: Based in: Singapore Key Duties & Responsibilities: Works closely with the Sales team to provides support and perform sales activities Responsible to manage a group of customers, answering customer questions Handling complaints, executing the follow up needed for complaints received from customers Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics and others key data Provide administrative assistance which includes issuing or quotation, samples, monitoring of payment etc. Ability / Competency Required: Diploma / Degree in any field with relevant customer service experience Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active Positive attitude in challenging work environment Proficient in Microsoft excel Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work well in a team Ability to perform multi-tasking
