Job Responsibility:

• Assist deployment team with testing & implementation of new technologies and/or services including methods, policies and procedures for installation, management, monitoring and support.
• Analyze customer issues and develop necessary actions and ensure optimal levels of customer satisfaction to provide appropriate support for same.
• Provide support to customer in our products and perform troubleshoot on related field inquiries.
• Monitor all assign cases for customer support and update all activities on tracking system.
• Maintain accurate customer documents and prepare reports for all issues and resolutions.
• Suggest improvements based on technology, best practices, or changing requirements.
• Establish close working relationships with Technical Operations, Deployment and Project Management.
• Resolve complex IT issues in a Tier 1 capacity.
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years\' experience in a technical role with experience in customer support, implementation, installation and setup experience
• Linux and Windows experience with specific expertise with Linux/Windows file systems, Linux/Windows command-line environments, Linux/Windows operating system processes, services, Linux/Windows software installation and hardening (security)
• Working knowledge in networking (VLAN, SPAN), Storage technology (SAN) and network security device (Firewall)
