Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Equinet Academy, a leading digital marketing training provider in Singapore. You'll be responsible for managing mostly inbound leads generated through our digital channels, assisting walk-in learners, and supporting live events and webinars.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for learners from enquiry to course attendance Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone, web forms, and walk in enquiries Understand learners' goals and recommend suitable courses and learning pathways Clearly explain course structures, schedules, pricing, and funding options including SkillsFuture Credit, UTAP, and PSEA Support learners through registration and payment processes Proactively follow up to ensure learners are prepared for class and attendance requirements Support training operations, logistics, and coordination with internal teams

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a learner centric mindset Comfortable handling sales conversations and learner enquiries Organised, detail oriented, and process driven Ability to manage multiple learners, tasks, and deadlines Prior experience in sales, customer service, education, or training administration is an advantage

What We Offer

Attractive Compensation: $2,300 to $2,500/month basic salary Supportive Environment: Ongoing training, mentorship, and performance reviews to help you excel in your role. Work Schedule: 5.5 Day Work Week. Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) are compulsory to be committed. Flexible off days given during Weekdays (Monday to Friday)
