Perform duties related to sector regulation work, such as conducting due diligence checks,
processing and reviewing applications/submissions by charities;
Answer calls, attend to emails and provide technical assistance to charities who encountered
issues related to applications and submissions in Charity Portal; and
Any other matters assigned.
Working Arrangement:Contract Duration: 3 Months (extendable up to maximum of 1 year)Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (office hours with hybrid working arrangement)Salary: Monthly Rated (TBA)Job Requirements:
Good written and oral communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently, exercise initiative, pay attention to details, be a good team player.
Basic knowledge of legal and accounting principles will be advantage.
Experience in customer support and familiar with MS CRM Dynamics 365 will be advantage.
