OverviewElement has an opportunity for a Customer Service Officer. The Customer Service Officer will work with the Sales Team and Operations Team to ensure smooth work delivery and positive customer service experience.This role is based in Jalan Boon Lay, SingaporeResponsibilitiesVerify purchase order value and quotation with customers and create job entries in the systemLiaise with customers on collection, report disparch, and/or audit requirementTrack work in progress and turnaround time of jobs, liaise with internal team and update customers upon requestGenerate sales orders/ tax invoices for signature and payment before report dispatchMonitor contract expiry dates and blanket purchase ordersSkills / Qualifications

  • GCE "O" Level or Diploma in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experienceGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to solve practical customer problems and interpret a variety of instructions, data and details furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formProficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel)Ability to remain calm when faced with mounting pressure related to deadlines and multiple prioritiesCompany OverviewElement is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
