Customer Support Specialist (Crypto, No calling)
Our client, a crypto company is expanding their company and looking for customer service officer to join them!
Salary: Up to $3000 + $200 Shift allowance
Working Days and Hours: 9am-9pm, 9pm-9am (4 Days per week)
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service support in crypto trading via live chat or email
- Be familiar with company's trading platform and campaigns/events
- Manage feedback, provide proper solutions and follow up within the service level time
Requirement:
- With customer service experience in banking/financial industry will have added advantage
- Passion to develop knowledge and career in fintech/crypto trading
