What you will do

Reporting to the Development Operations Manager, the Project Management Associate will help to ensure the smooth running of the clinical trials operations and lead and coordinate preparation of monthly clinical trial reports and providing administrative support to clinical operations team and Regional Head under the direction of line manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in organizing and managing meetings and trainings (e.g. invitation and logistics arrangement), and preparing post-meeting documentation/minutes
  • Communicate and coordinate activities with our CRO partner as required. Identify and anticipate possible issues or challenges, and work as a team to develop appropriate solutions;
  • Assist with creating, tracking and filing of study documents
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for CRO partner
  • Assist with setting up vendors, creating work Request Form & calculation tool, preparing PO and settling payment for vendors/CRO partner in company systems
  • Maintain updated org chart and distribution list of clinical operations team and CRO partner

What we expect of you

Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Medical or Life Science field
  • At least 1-year work experience in the medical or life science industry
  • Detail oriented
  • Work proactively and independently
  • Good team player
  • Good problem-solving skill
  • Multi-tasking
  • Computer skills including working knowledge of MS, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in including Cantonese and English
