This role is positioned in the Worldwide Customer Experience (CXS) Operations team where you will have great visibility supporting our APJ stakeholders across the Professional Services & Learn business units. You will become the subject matter expert for Quota Planning, Territory Management and Commission Queries.

Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

You will be expected to facilitate the planning periods for the APJ business units. You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of commission plans, where you will need to process Plan Change Requests and Manual Adjustments, in line with the compensation policy and approval matrix. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing and approving monthly payroll files their assigned teams.

The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

The day-to-day maintenance of APJ CXS commission plans which includes ad-hoc queries, adjustment requests in reference to the Compensation Terms and Conditions.

The following skills will be performed:

  • Experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, or Program Management
  • Anaplan, SFDC, and SAP Commissions or similar experience/use
  • Solid analytical, time management, and communication skills
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Enterprise software/reporting experience
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced business environment
What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like?

The analyst will be part of WW CXS Sales Planning team who are located in India, reporting to their manager who is based in the UK. The team is part of the wider CXS Operations function and have strong collaboration with our Operations peers. The team is very transparent and inclusive, with a shared passion to be successful.

The preferred location for the role is Singapore.
