Job Description

Responsibilities

• Supports the design, build, implement and maintenance of information systems
• Responsible for the successful delivery of the integrated systems to the stakeholders
• Conduct research to gain in-depth understanding of the operating system architecture (kernel and subsystems)
• Debug and resolve technical issues with vendors/developers to ensure application/system availability and reliability
• Document write-up, including design documents, operator & maintenance manual, training manual, test cases. Responsible for installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of Systems, including Operating Systems, Applications Software and System Management Tools for projects
• Keep abreast of latest technologies and products in relation to Information Technology, Information Security and Information Management
• Working with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop new solution for our customers

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computing Engineering, ICT or any related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in the related areas
• Good knowledge in networking, IT, information security, information management
• Experienced in Python, C#, C++
• Ability to write scripts including Shell Script, Python will be advantageous
• Systems installation and implementation, especially involving both Windows and UNIX based Operating Systems
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for correspondence and discussion with customers technical counterpart
• Reliable, flexible and adaptable to situations with good aptitude in problem isolation and solving skills during project implementation
• Self-motivated with a positive \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude, passionate on problem solving and willingness in picking up new skillsets
• Broad exposure to a variety of other technologies (e.g. Server virtualization, database, network) with a firm understanding of the interdependencies between those technologies
• A good team player
