Responsibilities

To deliver periodic (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) performance reports of daily operations. Planning, designing and maintenance of above mentioned performance reports. Work with Performance and CRM data, including transformation, spotting anomalies & troubleshooting. Creation and maintenance of Excel Macro/VBA using syntax as and when required. Basic SQL programming to perform data extraction when required. Stakeholders' liaison and management, both internal and external.

Requirements


----------------

Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience. Working knowledge of VBA, Tableau and SQL Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills * Meticulous and detailed
