serves as the central business transformation unit, leading the organization toward becoming a digitally empowered and data-driven enterprise. DTID is responsible for:
Defining the digital vision and transformation strategy
Developing and implementing digital roadmaps and initiatives
Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams
Harmonizing and integrating digital efforts across departments

Job Responsibilities
As a
Senior/Lead Data Analyst
, you will lead the development and implementation of data analytics solutions that support strategic decisions and enterprise-wide transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Agile Team Leadership
Support the Product Owner in managing Agile product teams
Lead Data Analysts throughout the end-to-end product development lifecycle--from ideation to deployment
End-to-End Analytics Development
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define use cases and deliver fit-for-purpose analytics solutions
Build data pipelines, develop proof-of-concepts, and implement scalable solutions in production
Enterprise Reporting & Integration
Create custom, non-standard reports by integrating data from systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, SAP Analytics Cloud, and others
Utilize cloud-native tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Databricks) for analytics development
Deliver insights via tools such as
Power BI
or integrate with enterprise applications
Platform Enhancement
Work with business users, data engineers, and policy teams to enhance the analytics platform and tools
Improve reusability, scalability, and user experience across the data ecosystem
Operational Support
Maintain and provide operational support for the enterprise data and analytics infrastructure
Analytics Community & Capability Building
Contribute to the
Analytics Centre of Excellence (COE)
--a community for knowledge sharing and professional development
Mentor peers, promote best practices, and drive adoption of advanced analytics
Design and deliver workshops or training sessions to upskill internal teams in data analytics
Other Responsibilities
Perform other duties aligned with departmental and organizational objectives as required

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence
, or a related field
At least
10 years
of experience in developing advanced analytics or data science solutions to address business problems
Technical Skills
Strong skills in
