Your Role and Responsibilities
The Data Analytics Lead will support L&K Business Operation Manager to manage the overall L&K delivery process from planning to actual delivery and assist L&K Leadership team with insights and trending upon real time data.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the L&K Operations teams for implementation of advanced reporting capabilities
• Coordinate with L&K Geo/GIC focal on local courses categorization and WW Learning Consultants on global courses categorization
• Review and analyse Course data to automate course categorization process upon keyword and historical data
• Lead the efforts to validate the course categorization upon machine learning
• Maintain user access and security controls including compliance with data privacy requirements
• Manage the deployment of the automated digital nudge campaign ensuring continuity and scalability
• Manage WW education delivery quarterly planning and budgeting process

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 8 years\' experience in analytical or related roles
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities
• 3+ years Python programming experience focusing on automation
• 5+ years SQL and Database experience
• 5+ years Advance Excel experience
• 8+ years Microsoft Office (ppt, word and Excel)
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities
• Strong communications and interpersonal skill
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience working in cross cultural, global and virtual environment
• Experience in deployment of education solutions
• Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize
• Ability to keep multiple projects moving forward in parallel
• Experience with L&K processes, systems and tools preferred
• Experience with workforce management, metric preferred
